What Is Kundalini Yoga?

Known as Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to support the body, mind, and nervous system together.


Kundalini uses intentional sequences designed to influence energy, focus, and emotional state, making it a powerful practice for all of us in the modern world navigating stress, overwhelm, hormonal shifts, or simply the demands of daily life.
