With over 20 years of experience in nutrition, education, and public health, Dr Kelly Rose created Nourish Minds to bridge the gap between science and the practical tools women need to nourish body, mind, and nervous system. Her career has spanned early years food education, school food research, foster care nutrition, and thriving families training, and has progressed to supporting women in perimenopause and beyond.

I blend science-led nutrition with expertise in women’s hormonal and brain health, and practice Kundalini Yoga.
