Meet Dr Kelly Rose - Registered Nutritionist, Researcher & Yoga Guide
I’m Dr Kelly Rose, a Registered Nutritionist, public health researcher, educator and Yoga guide.
With over 20 years’ experience across nutrition, behaviour change, education and public health, I help women better understand their bodies and build sustainable wellbeing through evidence based nutrition and nervous system informed practice
My work is grounded in both research and real world experience, shaped by supporting people across education, public health and women and family settings.
Why I Created Nourish Minds
I created Nourish Minds to offer something I felt was missing: science-backed, compassionate support that sees the whole person. I’ve worked in classrooms, lecture halls, clinics, workplaces, community spaces, and care settings. Everywhere I’ve been, I’ve seen the real change that happens when people are given simple, practical tools to nourish their bodies, minds, and daily lives.
My work combines nutrition science with emotional insight and embodied practices like Kundalini Yoga and breathwork. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, understood, and have the right tools.
I created The Menopause Freedom Method to bring together evidence-based nutrition, emotional insight, and calm, practical tools — to help women feel nourished, balanced, and empowered during this natural transition.

Core Values
Compassion with Purpose — We meet people where they are, with warmth, empathy, and a commitment to helping them thrive.
Evidence in Action — We bring nutritional and behavioural science to life through practical, accessible tools.
Nourishment as a Way of Life — Nourishment is more than food — it’s rest, movement, connection, mindset, and presence.
Freedom Through Knowledge — We support people to feel informed and confident, free from shame or restriction.
Progress Over Perfection — We champion small, consistent steps that build resilience and sustainable wellbeing.
How Nourish Minds Can Support You
